Greetings Potential Promo Partner
The City Champs Foundation is looking for Promotional Partners to help us support good causes throughout the great city of Milwaukee and spread the Building Character Program.
Promotional Partners are organizations or groups supporting a good cause. Includes anything from non-profits to sports teams to a loved one in need of help. In return for helping to promote the event, Promo Partners are added to a donation list. This year’s event objective is to support the amazing “grass roots” efforts working to unite our city.
Supporting Milwaukee’s tradition of working class people “giving” to build great communities, City Champs goal is to donate 50% of ticket sales to community programs. 25% to Promotional Partners and 25% to the Building Character Program.
In 2019, the Building Character Program served more than 1,000 youth which we aim to triple in 2020.
Join Milwaukee in the fight against violence, hate and bullying.
To support the City Champs Vision of sharing knowledge that empowers people to think and act differently, we would like to host a Youth Knowledge Clinic prior to event. The clinic would be comprised of organizations putting on a short class to share their best knowledge. 5 Promotional Partners are needed for this to happen.
If you have planned a “high class” event, you know donating 50% of sales will not be easy.
Early registration is the key to success. Help by signing up NOW. To ensure your partnership, we ask you to sign up by February 29th. No commitment is required.
Follow these steps:
Go to citychamps.org, click event link, click Promotional Partnerl, fill out the info .
You will be contacted to answer questions and set expectations of Partnership Agreement.
Partnership Agreements are finalized with a “handshake”, no legal contracts.
Custom materials will be provided
Start taking actions … resulting in an epic night May 14th.
Make it a great one and we look forward to talking
Team City Champs
P.S. We understand it is uncommon to promote an event not yet having a set location. By doing this, we do not limit the amount we can give back to Milwaukee and helps set the budget we need for success.
